Frazer Jones is now partnering with a global legal firm to source a Reward and Benefits Analyst on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity for a HR Generalist (with Benefits exposure) or Benefits Administrator/Advisor to specialise more in Benefits.

As their Reward Analyst, you will deal with queries from key stakeholders, and employees/partners on reward, benefit, and compensation matters.

Duties will include:

  • Responsible for the renewals of relevant risk benefits annually
  • Monitor changes in legislation or statutory entitlements
  • Act as the point of contact for firm SRA renewals
  • Manage the relationship with risk benefits brokers and lead tender process for benefits renewal
  • Support the team on the annual Gender Pay Gap reporting process

To be considered, you must have had an exposure to Reward and Benefits (International experience is a plus). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and vlookup functions is essential.

In return, you will receive up to £50,000 per annum with excellent benefits, career progression, and flexible working. You will also receive a yearly Christmas and Easter treat as well as £350 to spend on your benefits pot.
