The role of Project Manager - Fit-Out
Project Manager position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects for the private education sector
Taking briefs from clients
Producing specifications, generating & following up quotations
Carrying out site surveys
Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
Liaising with the design team and amending quotes as design changes
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
Producing H&S documents for new projects
Co-ordinate and plan the site managing the programme all the way through to competition
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
Working on projects ranging in value from 50k to 500k
Will be required to travel to site when required (Nationwide)
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - Fit-Out / Bespoke Joinery with

Must have project management experience within the construction industry, ideally will be in the fit-out market sector

Must have 

Black Card

excellent IT skills
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communicator written and verbally
