Kenna Recruitment are representing a contractor, based in London who are in the market for an experienced site manager to join their team. This project is a scholl refurbishment with an extention of the 3rd floor working on a live enviorment.

About the role:
You’ll be liaising with a visiting project manager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.
The ideal candidate can have either high Rise or traditional build experiance.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure the project is delivered safely through
- Work is done in the highest standard
- Providing regular updates
