Claims Handler – Salary up to £26k OTE (Basic Negotiable)

Working hours Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, 2 possible late shifts per month 11:30-8pm with occasional weekend work

The successful applicant will need to meet and exceed customer expectations, build rapport both internally and externally along with proactively managing a workload. Duties will include:

• Providing an excellent customer service experience
• Implement claims processes and working practices
• Taking first notification of new claims from clients and working partners
• Managing a varied claims workload
• Managing the clients journey from start to settlement of a claim
• Providing clients and working partners with regular updates
• Dealing with inbound third-party queries
• Obtaining updates from insurers, repairers, hire companies and solicitors
