Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major projects team in Plymouth, working on an eagerly awaited infrastructure project

With an impressive portfolio of delivering some of the UK’s most important infrastructure projects, this client is offering the opportunity to work on a large civil engineering scheme, local to Plymouth This project will be complex with a lengthy programme of works over many years and working to NEC4 form of contract.

The role:

You will be expected to provide commercial expertise, which will include financial and contractual forecasting to the senior management team, ensuring cash flow is plentiful, payments are on time. You will also take responsibility for preparing and reviewing monthly cost reports.

The person:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have demonstrable experience ideally within civil engineering or similar. Qualified to degree level or equivalent, with good NEC form of contract knowledge. You will be confident used or MS office in particular Excel and Causeway project accounting knowledge will be advantageous.

The role will be subject to being able to get full security clearance and a full UK driving license is required.
