Dispatch/Stores Operative

We recruiting on behalf of a busy engineering company based in Brierely Hill that specialsie in strucutral projects.
- Working on the shop floor/stores within an engineering environment
- To check goods in against delivery notes for accuracy and faults/damages.
- Moving steel using forklift truck and overhead crane
- Loading and unloading of vehicles
- Storing items in relevant sections.
- Packing & assembly goods in boxes.
- Maintaining a clean working environment in yard and shop floor.
- Ensure all stock movement is recorded correctly.
Experience/Requirements
- Previous working experience in logistics environment is advantageous
- FLT Counter balance licence is essential
- Overhead crane licence is essential
- Goods in/out experience
- Good communication skills liaising with other departments.
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with manual handling.

- £12.50 starting rate
