Your experience with Jig building will be invaluable in this role, as well as your analytical approach and attention to detail.

What will you be doing as a Toolmaker?

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings in order to create precision tools
• Designing and developing various types of tools, jigs, and fixtures
• Maintaining and repairing existing tools in order to ensure optimum performance
• Assembling tool components by aligning and fitting them accurately, as well as conducting testing to ensure proper functionality
• Developing and implementing new systems/best practices that assist with the growth of the business
• Improving and executing new tooling technologies
• Aiding strategies for 3d printed technologies and adaptive manufacturing

What do you need?

• Experience with laser tracking/jig building
• A strong understanding of metrology
• Experienced in operating with either Leica or Faro
• Romer or Faro Arm experience
