My client, a forward thinking, exciting organisation are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will

• Deliver excellent customer service, speaking to customers to convert enquiries into customers
• Tailor make packages to suit each customers needs
• Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner
• Advising customers on itineraries
• Deal with all relevant administration

As a Customer Service Advisor, your key skills should include:

• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Accurate typing skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work in a fast paced office environment as part of a rapidly growing team
• Excellent numerical and IT skills
• Flexibility to adapt well to change and the ability to use your initiative to resolve issues
