Full Time, Permanent Teaching Support Worker job vacancy in Minehead, Somerset. Working with Young Adults within a Special Education Setting.

• £22'600 - £24'600 (FTE 24'400 - £26'600)

•  £21,100 - £23K per annum Actual Salary.

• Plus £63.75 per sleepover shift.

• Mixture of shifts, 7am - 3pm, 2pm - 10pm, & 10pm -6pm

• Able to work a mixed rota includes alternate weekends & Sleep in's.

• 2 Week rolling rota pattern.

Duties
You will be supporting Young Adults with learning disabilities to gain and maintain employment.  You will support them in initial and ongoing work-related training and support them in their daily school duties and tasks, pushing them to challenge themselves further and build greater employment skills. To achieve this, you will work 1-1 with them in both the classroom and employment setting, managing, and supporting any anxiety or frustrations they feel and promoting ways of overcoming these hurdles.
