As a SEN teaching assistant at this school in Lewisham, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic progress and personal development. Key Responsibilities for the SEN Teaching Assistant will include:

Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant role:

• Relevant experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the secondary school curriculum and an understanding of teaching strategies.
• Can commute to Lewisham
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and work with a diverse range of students.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to understand and support students' individual needs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
