M2 Partnership has been asked to recruit a Graduate Surveyor for a market-leading property consultancy. In this entry-level role, you will have the chance to learn from industry experts, gain valuable experience, and contribute to their mission of helping property owners navigate Neighbourly Matters with ease. 

The Company

Our client is a leading property consultancy firm specialising in Neighbourly Matters, including Rights of Light, Daylight & Sunlight, Party Wall, and other technical property-related services.  

They are looking to hire an Assistant Rights of Light surveyor or a Graduate Surveyor to join their current dynamic team to continue to embark on a rewarding career in this niece industry. 

They are committed to delivering exceptional service to their clients while maintaining a neighbourly approach to property matters.  

The Role 

  • Assist in conducting Rights of Light surveys and assessments.

  • Collect and analyze data related to light obstruction and potential infringements.

  • Assist in producing detailed reports and visual representations for clients.

  • Collaborate with senior surveyors to develop mitigation strategies.

  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Proficiency in using surveying tools and software is an advantage.

  • A passion for property and a desire to specialise in Rights of Light.
