My client is an established sub-contract laser and fabrication company, based in Cannock.  Due to internal promotions, they now have a requirement for a Laser Operator to join their existing team on the shop floor.
 
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Laser Operator will be a likeable character, who will get on with others, be punctual and work well with minimum supervision after training.
 
The Laser Operator role will involve:
 

• Operating Trumpf Laser machines.
• Following instructions and working with minimal supervision.

 Then ideal candidate for the Laser Operator will:
 

• Preferably have worked in an engineering environment previously.
• Have held a similar role previously – if you have used other lasers, cross training can be provided.
• Be able to work with the team but also on your own initiative.
