As the leader of our Supply Chain team, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to maintain top-notch supplier relationships and optimise stock levels to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities – Supply Chain Manager

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and empower our team of Coordinators to excel. Lead on training and development, conduct personal development reviews.
• MRP System optimization: Evaluate and enhance our MRP system to optimize inventory management and production planning.
• Supplier relationship management: Build & maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers. Negotiate supplier agreements to maximize quality, cost-effectiveness and value.
• Inventory management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess.
• Supply Chain optimisation: Identify areas for improvement with the supply chain, implements strategies to enhance efficiency while reducing costs.
• Quality Control: Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to uphold quality standards.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate & analyse Supply Chain performance reports, present findings & recommendations to Senior Management.

Skills & Experience requirements -While experience in supply chain is a plus, we value enthusiasm and a can-do attitude above all. Here's what we're looking for:

• Proven experience in supply chain management or a related role.
• CIPS level 4 qualification or higher.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MRP/ERP systems.
• Forward-thinking mindset with a drive to improve efficiencies wherever possible.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, 'can do' attitude.
