Job Title Required: = Production Machine Setters/Operators

Duties: = Setting/Operating industrial machinery & plant. Also automated process machinery & plant. Ensuring machinery runs correctly and reacting to any running problems. Also general basic machinery checks & clean downs as required. Also operating packaging an palletisng machines for dispatch of goods. Ideally holding  current Counter Balance Fork Lift Accredited Cert,

Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain machines in a manufacturing environment - Set up machines based on specifications and ensure proper functioning - Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed - Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards - Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance tasks - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Experience: - Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with hand tools and warehouse operations - Ability to handle materials and perform basic math calculations

As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines to produce high-quality products. Your attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and ability to troubleshoot issues will contribute to the success of our operations.

Qualities Required: = Machinery Setting & Operating and Computer Screen Skills

Long Term Temp Contract : = 13 to 26 weeks subject to performance & work load

Number of Personnel Required: = 1 to 2 + each shift

Working Hours: = 0600 to 1800 or 1800 to 0600 + O/T plus Saturday & Sunday work & Breakdown cover. Plus Shifts on 4 on 3 off basis either days or nights or alternating days & nights

Days to be Worked: = Monday to Friday & Saturday & Sunday as required for Shifts

Rates of Pay =

Days = £15 per hr Mon to Fri plus O/T £18 & Sat per hr, £21 per hr Sun

Perm = £25,000 to £29,000 p.a

Nights = £18 + per hr Mon to Fri plus O/T £22 & Sat  to £53 per hr Sun depending on shift an days of week days or earlies shifts or night shifts or alternating dayan nights

Perm = £29,000 to £34,000 p.a
