Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
• Load raw materials into machines and ensure they are properly aligned
• Monitor machines during operation to detect any issues or malfunctions
• Measure parts using precision tools and adjust machines as necessary to maintain accuracy
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machines and perform maintenance as required
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC turning, preferably with Fanuc machines
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Thorough understanding of G-code programming.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
• Prior experience with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
