It's not even close.
You're more likely to find the island that Tupac, Elvis and Michael Jackson went to live on after they 'died' than you are to find a good Estimator looking to move.
Which is why employers must now try harder to entice these elusive creatures in.

You'd be working for one for one of the East Midlands & UKs best contractors who turnover around £70m a year as a group.
Their training is second-to-none so whether you come in as fully-fledged,assistant, or trainee estimator you'll be developed and grown to your full potential.
Ideally you'll have a few years interiors experience, but any construction experience in considered as is the stage of your career.
