I'm currently working with a Local Authority in Kent who are looking for a Damp & Mould Surveyor to help with their residential stock.
It's that time of year when damp cases are increasing and my client could do with an extra set of hands.
This is a 6-month contract which is likely to be extended as most contractors who have worked there have experienced this.
Your pay rate will be £35-40 an hour.
