My client are a well established specliast fit out contractor who spealcise in the drywall, suspended ceilings, partitions, glazed partitions, and SFS services. They have been trading for over 50 years in this market and have gained an outstanding reputation in the industry.

Projects range from £100k - £10m in value spanning across hotels, offices, colleges, universities, hospitals, and lesuire centers. With these projects mainly being situated in London/surrounding counties.

They are an outstanding contractor to work for with a low staff turnover. Its a great oppourtunity to work for a well established company with great clients, long standing employees, and impressive projects.

Role:

Your role as the contracts manager would be overseeing mutiple projects in the London area. Keeping close contact between the site and office teams, esnuring the project is going smoothly, on budget, and on time.

Requirements:

• 5 years + as a contracts manager
• 5 years + in the interiors sector, ideally on drywall, ceiling, and partition packages.
• Great communication skills
• A degree or equivelent in the construction sector would be ideal but not essential.
