The school – Year 5 Class Teacher

This is a large, friendly Primary & Nursery School for children aged between three and eleven years of age. The school has forest school facilities and is situated on the outskirts of Welwyn Garden City, adjacent to an 80 acre Nature Reserve. Each child at this school is a special person who is treated with care and respect. This School is like a large family, supporting one another; generating trust and providing the best possible education for every child. Our talented, hardworking staff are committed to providing children with an excellent education in a safe and stimulating environment. All new staff receive comprehensive induction and mentoring.

The Role – Year 5 Class Teacher

We are looking for a class teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning and can encourage children to follow their hopes and dreams. We put children at the heart of all we do. We would welcome applications from experienced teachers or those at the start of their career. 

If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic person with high expectations of yourself and the children in your care, you could be the teacher we're seeking to appoint. This is a class teacher position to commence in September 2024
