Essential Requirements / Experience:

·Must have a Quality-Engineering background – or at least a keen interest to follow this career path

·Must have the desire to learn and grow, progress as a Quality Engineer

·They will also have strong relationship building skills and desire to progress career, learn and get involved
 

Salary and Benefits

·Competitive annual salary up to £40,000 per annum (slight flex for the right person)

·Shorter finish Fridays

The Role

·The successful Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance department, including improvement of quality strategies, as well as review of documents and reports, non-conformance / faults etc

·Creating SOP’s

·Calibrating measuring equipment, problem solving, understanding, and interpreting engineering technical drawings

·Strategy planning with the team, driving the business forward at a stage of continued growth over the past few years

·You will be given the opportunity to manage your own diary, we are looking for someone who is a driven, passionate, high calibre Engineering Quality professional

·Regulatory / compliance / record keeping / data analysis
