Diagnostic Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments on Volkswagen vehicles using specialized tools and equipment
- Analyse technical data and interpret diagnostic codes to identify the root cause of vehicle malfunctions
- Repair and replace faulty components, following Volkswagen's established repair procedures
- Document all repairs and maintenance performed on Volkswagen vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Volkswagen's safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
Qualifications
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in Volkswagen Repair
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Volkswagen Diagnostic Technician
- In-depth knowledge of Volkswagen electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient in the use of specialized diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
