At our Mansfield site we currently have multiple opportunities within our Cap Manufacturing department

• Carry out daily TPM checks on machinery and to report any discrepancies to the Shift Manager/Technician.
• Fix any known faults/alarms that occur across the machines within capabilities - training provided 
• Cleaning of mould and ensuring correct equipment is used
• To ensure the product being packed meets the required specification
• To check that each label is the correct one for the product being packed. To ensure that the date and correct product code is clearly marked on each label.
• To ensure that housekeeping is of the highest standard at all times.
• To carry out all duties in accordance with health and safety practice.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Awareness of H&S requirements within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communicate skills

Shifts

Monday to Friday (3 shift rotation)

6am - 2pm (must be able to travel to site for 6am starts)

2pm - 10pm

10pm - 6am
