About the Role

Working on Social Housing Planned works contracts, you will work both from home/office and on site.

You will work to ensure the ongoing control and evaluation of information to guarantee a realistic cost for the supply of works, goods, materials, and services for designated Repairs, Refurbishment and Decarbonisation Projects. You will liaise with Contractors, Suppliers and Clients to ensure information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of designated project/contracts.

  • Monthly CVR preparation
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast for designated projects.
  • Ensure all invoices submitted accurately and for certified value to ensure payments are received on time.
  • Support your team to value and authorise payments to sub-contractors within the region
  • Liaise with Contract Managers to establish the project specification and requirements.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers when necessary, building relationships and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Assist in the preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids, and tenders to demanding timescales.
  • Support the team with monitoring the contract progress, assess, and report any changes that may affect project costs and or time scale.
  • Assist in the control of contract budgets.
  • Assist in the development of the procurement programme.

Remuneration

A basic salary negotiable between £40-55k plus car allowance. This is a role offering a high level of flexibility around working hours, and hybrid working is also available. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
