Working with dilapidations, projects, refurbs no two days will be the same!
You will enjoy supporting the consultancy team in:
- Project delivery,
- Conducting building surveys and site inspections,
- Developing schedules of work and specifications and fund monitoring
- Collaboration with external clients and consult teams.
Key Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Red Book Valuation report expertise
- MRICS with 3 years PQE
- Strong client facing skills
- Highly motivated with excellent workload management abilities
