We are supporting a rapidly growing and profitable PE backed business who are looking for a hands on HRPB to partner with with both regional and support office managers their teams to drive and support the people plan.

The range of responsibilities will include: ER, performance management, disciplinary, grievances and absences, workforce planning, engagement, health & wellbeing and a number of HR value add projects to underpin attraction and retention strategies.

The successful candidate will thrive in a hands on busy, fast-paced working environment and be looking in the medium term to step up into a bigger role. 

There is a requirment to be onsite.
