A dynamic and growing property services company operating nationally from 5 offices. With a headcount of over 150 colleagues, they operate across a large commercial and government-funded client base, delivering cyclical & planned maintenance and refurbishment works. They have an outstanding reputation for service delivery.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager within social housing maintenance.

It will involve all aspects of site management, from initial enquiry through to completion.

Based in the Gateshead area, working on Kitchen and Bathroom schemes.

Responsibilities will include-

  • Refurbishment of kitchens & bathrooms
  • Proven past record of working to the spec, programme and budget
  • Health and safety on site
  • Managing subcontractors and direct labour
  • Ensuring all paperwork is correctly updated
  • Dealing with deliveries and orders.

What you need to succeed

To be a successful Site Manager within this role, you will have experience delivering planned maintenance programmes previously. You will have relevant certificates including:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Full Driving Licence
  • CSCS Card preferred but not essential
