Lettings Negotiator

• This has to be one of the best paid Lettings Negotiators positions available within the Essex region!   

• Offered with a basic salary of up to £23,000 and on target earnings of between £55,000 and £60,000. There is an outstanding personal commission structure with 10% on Lettings fees banked and if a contract is a 2 year contract, commission is paid on the full 2 years plus a bonus of 5% extra commission paid per quarter on personally banking £50,000 per quarter for the office plus £100 petrol allowance per month.

• You will also have one Saturday off per month. 

Lettings Negotiator

• Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations for property available.
• Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio and reaching out to prospective tenants upon appointment of a new property.
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants, with a view to negotiating terms between the landlord and tenant.
• You will handle the enquiry from viewing through to the tenant move in date, and facilitating the administrative process.

• You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Lettings in your area.
• You should have a successful track record in Lettings and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
• You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

• They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match tenants with landlords but tenants with 'virtual’ landlords such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the 'right person came along’.

• Basic salary to £23,000 plus a £100 per month car allowance with on target earnings of between £55,000 and £60,000. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a day off in lieu (five day working week) One Saturday off per month.
