Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant
Are you a Welsh speaker?
Do you have a passion for working with children?
You will work closely with the class teachers (primary school) to provide support for a class of children. The role can be part-time , full-time or as many days you desire.
This will be working 8.30 am – 3.15 pm Monday – Friday. Schools are willing to discuss permanent contracts for the right Teaching Assistant.
Salary: £80.00-£95.00 per day
Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
Assist teacher with resources, tidying classroom, setting up and clearing down activities
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
Collaborate with the lead teacher, managing small group of children with English, maths and other subjects.
Assist with classroom management and behavior management techniques
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
Experience working in a classroom as a teaching assistant
Proactive attitude and a good work ethic
Hold a Right to Work (UK)
Provide professional references from previous employers
DBS certificate or willing to process a new application
Do you have recent experience as a classroom assistant or working in a nursery?
