My client is an established fast-track fit-out main contractor specialising in the hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors. With nearly 20 years of experience, my client is a family-owned company that specialises in refurbishment projects across the UK. My client specialises in transforming pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, and shops into beautiful high-performing spaces.
About the role:
As Contracts Manager, you will manage 3-4 fit-out projects across London and the south. You will be required to travel regularly to projects outside of London, with all expenses paid for. Projects will vary in size from £500k to £6m and will cover a wide variety of sectors with no jobs being the same. This is the ideal role for a candidate from a fit-out background who enjoys a fast pace and a variety of projects.
Rewards and Benefits:
My client is offering a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience. Alongside this, you will be given a travel allowance, company pension, and healthcare with the potential opportunity to work from home occasionally.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Manager working on fit-out and refurbishment projects in the hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors.
- Good organisational skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Full UK driving License.
