Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
For Clients ranging from Education, Public and Local Authorities with Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Quantity Surveying BSc(Hons), HNC in construction and Diploma in construction
- Producing take-offs and pricing tenders for sub-contractors
- Producing Schedules of Work and Bills of Quantities
- Site surveys and producing site reports.
- Cost advice and budgets for potential new builds or extensions
- Negotiating contracts post tender stage.
- Producing budgets, valuations, procurement strategies for secured projects
- Submitting valuations, variations and settling final accounts
- Procuring materials and placing sub-contract orders
- Monthly CVR presentations
Salary expectations are between 50-70k dependant on experience
