Digital Printer - Nights 

£27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Pin Point Recruitment is looking for a Night Digital Printer to join a manufacturing company based in Peterborough.

As the Digital Printer you will be developing best working practices within the digital press department, improving team efficiency, sharing knowledge and always looking for ways to improve the department.

Digital Printer Job Role:

• Produce a variety of printed items from flyers, business cards and leaflets to booklets, folders, variable printed items.
• Finish printed items - laminating, creasing, folding, booklet making etc.
• Organise the production workflow and produce items to tight deadlines
• Organise packing and shipment
• Communicate with customers about the progress of their jobs

Digital Printer Skills Required:

• Experience as a Digital Press Operator in a similar role
• Strong understanding of print production processes, including file preparation, colour management, and finishing techniques advantageous
• Experience of print finishing equipment including use of guillotine, creaser, folder, laminator, booklet maker, paper drill and wire binder advantageous
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Excellent eye for detail and colour
• Good organisation skills with the ability to remain calm when under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
