Job Description

• To support a nursery team in the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage to the highest standard.
• To support children in their time at nursery by role modelling, play and being a fun and inspiring.
• To work in partnership with other professionals to improve outcomes for children.
• To plan, prepare and participate in a range of activities, ensure consistent and quality delivery in line with the Early Years’ Foundation Stage.
• To work alongside nursery teams to ensure the Early Years Curriculum meets the Nursery’s core values.
• To communicate effectively with all parents and carers about the day to day needs of the children.
• To have a working knowledge of safeguarding children’s procedures.
• To ensure that each nursery is a safe environment for children, staff, and others, including adhering to Health and Safety Regulations and ensuring statutory requirements are met.
• To put the child’s wellbeing at the forefront of everything we do.
