**Exciting Opportunity for Ofsted Registered/Deputy Managers**

*** 5K welcome bonus ****

Salary: Basic £45-50k plus up to 21% bonus OTE, £5k welcome bonus and additional on call allowance.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Children's Home Registered Manager to come on board at our 3-bedroom home for young people aged 10 – 17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties. 

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home meets the needs of the young people in our care and provides a safe and nurturing environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the children's home
  • Ensuring that the home complies with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the home is safe, effective, and responsive
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of care professionals
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and support to staff to ensure that they deliver high-quality care services
  • Ensuring that care plans are developed and implemented in line with the needs of individual young people.
  • Monitoring and reviewing care services to ensure that they are meeting the needs of children and young people and their families.

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager with Ofsted or willingness to register.
  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management ideally or commitment to achieve (paid for)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent orgainisational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care services for children and young people.
