TCRecruit is exclusively instructed on behalf of our client who is seeking a dynamic Building Safety Technical Lead with a thorough understanding of the Building Safety Act to provide technical advice on a wide range of projects such as education, healthcare, retail and complex projects, including high-risk buildings ensuring compliance with the latest regulations. 

As Building Safety Technical Lead, you'll not only ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act but also have the chance to expand other service offerings into areas like Fire Engineering Design. Collaborating closely with a talented team, you'll guarantee that every aspect of building design and construction meets the highest safety standards.

Your role will be pivotal in driving the strategic objectives, from maximizing business synergies to overseeing the growth of the team. With responsibilities ranging from fee submissions to providing technical expertise, you'll play a crucial part in our client's continued success.

Requirements:

• Ambitious and career driven 
• Proven track record in a Building Regulations / Control compliance role.
• Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and Building Safety Act
• Degree in Construction or related field. 
• MCABE/MRICS/MCIOB.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in working on projects such as healthcare, education, retail and complex projects.
