Production Operative

Our client in Corby are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their team on a temp-perm contract.

You will work as part of a team in a busy manufacturing working environment (galvanizing factory).

Applicants must be very reliable, be physically fit and work well in a team within a fast moving production environment where excellent customer service and high product quality is the key to our Client’s continued success.

Production Operative - Additional details:

• Monday to Friday rotating mornings and afternoons
• Monday to Friday permanent nights
• Very heavy lifting occasionally required
• Excellent pay rates with pay increase structure

Production Operative Hours and shift patterns available:-

• 06:00-14:30 / 13:00-21:30 weekly rotating shifts
• 21:30-06:00 permanent night shift (must be able to complete training on days for 2 weeks 08:00-16:30)

Production Operative Benefits:

The first 4 weeks are classed as training and pay rates are as follows:-

• £12.30ph Standard hours
• £18.45ph overtime hours Mon-Sat
• £24.60ph overtime hours Sunday
• £55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
• £94.00 per week night Shift allowance
• Overtime is available.

Once training has been completed successfully after 4 weeks the pay rates will be as follows:-

• £13.00ph Standard hours
• £19.50ph overtime hours Mon-Sat
• £26.00ph overtime hours Sunday
• £55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
• £94.00 per week night Shift allowance
• Overtime is available.

Once taken on permanent after 12 weeks, there will be again a significant pay increase:-

• £14.20ph Standard hours
• £21.30ph overtime hours Mon-Sat
• £28.40ph overtime hours Sunday
• £55.00 per week PM Shift allowance
• £94.00 per week night Shift allowance
• Bonus payments.
