Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 0800-1700

The Role:

• Perform detailed inspections and assessments of damaged vehicles.
• Accurately estimate damage, negotiate repair costs, complete vehicle valuations, and compile thorough reports.
• Maintain high service standards and adhere to reporting deadlines.
• Work independently with a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.

Who We're Looking For:

Ideal candidates will:

• Hold ATA VDA or IAEA qualifications or be working towards them.
• Possess AQP qualification for salvage categorisation.
• Approach work methodically with exceptional accuracy.
• Be familiar with modern repair techniques and estimating systems.
• Have outstanding communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Understand the motor insurance claims process.
