Rudolph and Hellmann provide onsite logistics services for the BMW MINI plant in Cowley.

Job Description:

Picking parts and transporting products to the line.

Working together as a team to ensure the smooth running of production.

Carrying out quality checks and recording any faults.

Start / Induction process:

New candidates must complete a full induction before starting. Inductions take place every week on various days. Candidates will be required to bring ID to site and have a share code ready if applicable.

Inductions will include a full site tour and a walk around of their designated work area as well as a Health & Safety briefing which involves filling out paperwork and basic test papers.

High-Vis and anti-static safety shoes are provided and must be always worn whilst on site.

Shift Times:

Early shifts

Mid shifts

Pay Rates:

Early shifts - 11.50 per hour

Mid shifts - 12.00 per hour

Note; - Pay rates increase after initial 9 months service
