Production Operative
Would you like to work for a company that offers the opportunity to be trained across many areas of the business. What do we need from you? The ability to lift heavy items is an absolute MUST for this job along and full training can be provided.
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £11.72ph
Hours: 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm
Duration: Temporary – Permanent

Duties
- Operating machinery and equipment to produce goods according to quality and safety standards.
- Performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Handling materials and products safely and following proper handling procedures.
- Assisting with machine setup, maintenance, and cleaning as required.
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
