Mason James is partnered with an industry leading Housing Association based UK wide. We are supporting with the recruitment of a Fire Risk Assessor to join the team based in the Liverpool area.

Fire Risk Assessor
Role: Permanent  
Salary:  £43,300 increasing to £47,840 after 12 months. 
Working Hours: 35 hours 
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 
Location: Hybrid – Main Area - Merseyside/Cheshire

About You 

We are looking for someone with experience of working as a Fire Risk Assessor within residential housing and care schemes including the application of PAS 79. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 20+ practical Fire Risk Assessments within 12months. Finally, the ideal candidate will he comfortable carrying out site visits for physical work inspections including in loft spaces.
