Health and Safety Training Coordinator

An established food manufacturer based in Birmingham requires an experienced Health and Safety Training Coordinator.
Duties:
- Carrying out all necessary Health and Safety training for staff, including inductions etc.
- Review and change any Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) as required.
- Working across site on production lines with various equipment and hazardous chemicals.
Requirements:
- Health and Safety and hygiene training related to the food industry.
- 2 years' experience in a food production related environment.
- Working experience of SSOW, training and skills matrix.
- Excellent working knowledge of British Retail Consortium (BRC) and customer manufacturing audit requirements.
- Good IT skills.
Hours:
- 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday. (Alternating shifts)
This is a permanent position that starts immediately.
