Job Title: Architectural Technician (Design & Build)

Location: Bristol Area

Salary: £25,000 – £33,000 DOE

Are you a balanced, allrounder Designer/Technician looking for a new opportunity working on residential projects? Due to some exciting new projects our client is expanding its Bristol based Design and Build team and wants to meet you!

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 5 years of UK-based experience working on residential or mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders. A keen interest in Architectural design and experience in the production of Stage 0-3 planning drawings, sketches and schematics are essential along with Large scale construction detailing and production of working drawings from Stage 3-6. A high proficiency in Revit is required for this position.

Key Duties:

• Working with the wider team, this person will manage delegated projects producing Stage 0-3 planning drawings, sketches, schematics
• Overseeing project timescales and maintaining client contact and updates.
• The role offers the opportunity to develop and gain wider experience and knowledge, with genuine opportunity to progress within the Design and Build team.
