They are seeking an experienced and meticulous Fit Out Site Manager to join their esteemed team. This role is crucial in ensuring the flawless execution of interior finishes in their luxury housing developments. You will oversee all aspects of the fit-out process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1st Fix dry lining to Handover

• Manage and oversee the fit-out phase of residential construction projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and finishes.
• Ensure all fit-out activities comply with design specifications, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to schedules.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the fit-out process efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including interior designers, architects, and senior management.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment on site.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fit-out site management role, preferably within the luxury residential sector.
• Proven track record of managing high-end fit-out projects to completion.
• Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
