Electrical Contracts Manager

Required for an Electrical Contractor based in the West Surrey area providing services to the Education and Healthcare sectors in London and the Home Counties. They supply a comprehensive range of electrical services including New Installations, Testing, Repair, Maintenance and Refurbishment in High Voltage Environments.

Electrical Contracts Manager Responsibilities

• Day to day management of project team
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality and standards
• Indentifying risks and ensure they are reported, managed and mitigation measures are put in place
• Develop an understanding of clients’ needs and ensure accurate and factual communications. 

Electrical Contracts Manager Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager in a similar role
• Previous experience of electrical testing, emergency lighting and fire alarms would be beneficial
• Prior experience of working within the Healthcare & Education Sectors
• Relevant Qualifications/Qualifications
• Demonstrate Strong Management skills
• Able to manage multiple projects

Electrical Contracts Manager Remuneration

This is a full time employed position that comes with a Base Salary of Circa £85k plus a £6k car allowance.
