Job Description:
As an English Teacher, you will inspire and engage students in the study of English literature and language. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Teach a range of topics including classic and contemporary literature, language analysis, and writing skills.
• Encourage students to develop their reading abilities.
• The current English Teacher also leads Careers within the school.
• Foster creativity and effective communication through written expression.
• Assess students' progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English or relevant teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for English literature and language.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
• Effective classroom management skills and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
