Project Manager (fire and security projects)

V7 are currently looking for a project manager on a contract basis for an exciting residential construction project in London. In this role you will be responsible for the management of subcontractors, RAMS, meeting KPI objectives, ensuring installation are inline to client specifications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in fire design, BS5839 is preferable. The project manager for this role will be responsible for 4-5 projects, totaling £2-2.5m. This role will give you the opportunity to work for a growing fire and security company that are specialists in the residential sector. This role will require site visit's whilst also working in the office in Middlesex, north west London.

Job Details

• Prepare detailed reports for allocated sites
• Ensure all installations are in line with client specifications
• Previous experience managing door entry, access control, CCTV, intruder, and fire alarm system installations
• Monitor and ensure sub-contractors and suppliers preform to the project compliance standards
• H&S trained
• Manage profit & loss on assigned projects

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of door entry, access control, CCTV, intruder, and fire alarm system installations
• Re-active, manage multiple projects at one time
• Need to be a team player
• Need to be good at filling reports to the correct fire and security standards
• Clean full UK driving license, with no more than 6 points.
• SSSTS OR SMSTS
• FIA UNITS desirable (not essential)
