Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lawyer with a strong understanding of commercial law and corporate law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing teams and mentoring junior members
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver strategy and annual business plans in collaboration with the Executive Partner
• Manage a complex mixed caseload of client matters without supervision
• Provide high-quality legal advice and proactively manage client relationships
• Lead, manage, and motivate staff to achieve firm fee targets
• Ensure efficient and timely credit management processes are adhered to
• Analyse key performance indicators to enhance team performance
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and professional development activities
