Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager. You will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales/Pre-Construction:
• Develop and monitor the project-specific delivery strategy.
• Manage all pre-construction activities to support the design process before the construction phase.
• Influence the design to ensure quality, profitability, and adherence to timescales.
• Procurement:
• Create and manage project procurement schedules.
• Propose and procure materials and plant equipment to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Select subcontract partners, ensuring technical, quality, and financial standards are met.
• Construction:
• Coordinate, plan, and program project activities.
• Take responsibility for all day-to-day aspects of project management.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure progress and compliance with project specifications.
• Implement corrective actions and continuously review performance to ensure project goals are met.
• Commercial:
• Understand and monitor contractual obligations.
• Prepare financial reports and support Quantity Surveyors in all commercial activities.
• Deliver project-specific commercial strategies to ensure financial performance and project success.

About You:

• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure project objectives are met.
• Experience in developing and mentoring team members for optimal performance.
• Competence in analyzing and reporting financial information.
• Strong ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
• Passion for the M&E industry, with a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable projects.
