We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our team within Vistry West London, at our office in Ealing. As our Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Director and Sales Managers with Sales administration related tasks across live and upcoming schemes.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    • Good knowledge and usage of CRM systems
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft office

    • Experience as a Sales Administrator
    • Experience using Keys

    • Reporting on weekly sales movement, generating reports from COINS and updating Microsoft documents
    • Liasing with construction PA's to ensure construction dates are correctly reported
    • Generating reports for business partners
    • Logging reservations and cancellations on Coins and Dynamics
    • Tracking agents referral fees vs budgets and reporting to Director
    • Monthly audits
    • Email distribution
    • Plot releasing ensuring all information Is populated on Coins
    • Compiling reports from others to send to S&M team
    • Light PA work for Director; meeting room booking, diary management, meeting preparation
    • Organising meetings and interviews dates
    • Processing sales commission
    • Check invoices for accuracy; updating trackers and forwarding to accounts payable
    • Becoming a super user for Dynamics to assist the sales team when needed
