Salary or Rate: Local £29.81/£28.30/£32.34/£30.32 (there are 4 shift patterns that the rate is subject to change due to )

Typically, this person will a Mechanical Fitter with Marine Experience
HSB Technical are currently looking for several Mechanical Fitters / Marine Engineer to work on several naval vessels doing maintenance / overhauls.
Day to day duties and responsibilities of the Mechanical Fitter
• Mechanical fitter of all general Marine systems.
• Experience with HVAC and piping systems.
• Striping engines down and re building
• Fitting all mechanical components on the submarines
• Reading and interpretation of technical drawings
• Report to the Site Manager / Site Supervisor/ Engineer for matters relating to quality and safety.
Qualifications and requirements requested for the Mechanical Fitter:
• SC Clearance is needed
• Able to work from technical drawings.
• Copy of Qualifications needed
• Submarine experience would be a bonus, but not essential.
