In this role, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the parking functions, managing a borough-wide compliance survey, and implementing an innovative notice processing system.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring the smooth execution of parking projects.
• Keep our Project Board and Programme Board informed with regular updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with various council departments, partners, and third parties to deliver impactful parking projects.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including elected members, senior managers, residents, and businesses, to ensure project success.
• Support additional projects focused on enhancing customer-facing services and council-wide initiatives.

What You Need:

• Over 5 years of experience in developing parking projects and programs.
• Proven expertise in project management, guiding initiatives from conception to completion.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and influencing skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
• Ability to adeptly manage key stakeholder expectations and foster collaborative relationships.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
